Pre-Purchase

Thank you for choosing wed2b. We hope that your selections will help make your special day unforgettable. Below, you'll find our terms and conditions of sale, which are also displayed at our store till points and referenced in the footer of our printed receipts. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us—we’re here to help!

In store

Pricing and availability

As wed2b offers off-the-peg wedding dresses, we cannot guarantee stock availability at any store. Wedding dresses range in size from UK 06-30, depending on style availability. Prices include VAT and are clearly shown on the swing tags of each item. Occasionally, prices may change in response to commercial factors. The price at the time of your purchase is the one applicable when the transaction is processed in-store.

In addition to wedding dresses, we offer detachable overskirts, sleeves, and accessories for styling, including tiaras, jackets, underskirts, and hairpieces. Our stores also stock flower girl dresses for ages 2-10yrs, as well as bridal and bridesmaids’ robes, and a variety of gift options for your bridal party. Select locations offer Holy Communion styles for immediate purchase, with no delivery time. Groomsmen’s ties and cufflinks are available for purchase in-store or online.

You can browse our product catalogue online, but please note that due to our off-the-peg purchasing and the limited-edition nature of our designs, stock availability at specific stores may vary, and we cannot guarantee that the styles or sizes you want will be in store at the time of your visit. Reservations of stock are not possible before visiting.

Reserving a wedding dress

We offer the option to reserve a wedding dress for up to 14 days after a fitting in-store. There is a non-refundable £100 / €100 deposit for this service, which will be deducted from the total price if you decide to proceed with the purchase. This service is only available for wedding dresses, not accessories or bridesmaids’ items. You will be required to sign specific deposit terms and conditions during payment. Deposits cannot be processed over the phone or online, only in-store. A Customer Order will be created for the reservation and payment. After 14 days, a courtesy call will be made to finalize the purchase. If we cannot reach you, the deposit will be forfeited, and the dress will no longer be reserved. We are unable to extend deposit deadlines.

Check before you buy

It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect all wed2b products before making your purchase. We cannot be held accountable for damages after the sale. As our wedding dresses are sold off-the-peg, you can assess the exact fit of the dress during your visit. Any concerns can be addressed in-store, and we will work to resolve them.

For our Infinite bridesmaids' dresses, which are made to order, it is crucial that you are satisfied with the sizing of the sample dresses before placing your order. For further information, please refer to the Bridesmaids Ordering section.

Additional items are available to complete your bridal look and are individually priced. All items will be listed on your receipt, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are satisfied with both the condition and cost of the items before completing the sale. If you have any issues, please contact Customer Care.

Acceptance of sale

We reserve the right to refuse to process or accept a transaction at any time if it does not comply with our business policy, or if there are any reports or suspicions of fraudulent or illegal activity. In such cases, we will not be liable for refusing a transaction or reversing a transaction once it has been processed.

Online

Pricing and availability

Prices on the website are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Delivery charges will be added to your order and clearly displayed before finalizing the purchase.

All goods are subject to availability, and we may not be able to fulfil your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Reasons for non-acceptance may include unavailable stock, payment authorization issues, or errors in product information. If there is any issue with your order, our Customer Care team will contact you. Standard next-business-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 GMT, excluding Infinite bridesmaids' dresses, which are subject to made-to-order lead times.

Product specification

Please note that shopping online differs from in-store shopping. We strive to display product colours as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary depending on your monitor settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately display the colour of the product. All measurements are approximate, and sizes are listed as EU sizes. Please refer to our Size Guide for clarification.

We take reasonable care to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices on the website are accurate at the time of entry. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel, and payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

Acceptance of sale

We also reserve the right to refuse any transaction if it does not comply with our business policies or if fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected. In such cases, we will not be liable for refusing or reversing a transaction once it has begun processing.

Cancellations

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order; however, this is not an acceptance of your order. A contract will only be formed once we send an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care via 0333 123 7494 or Live Chat within 60 minutes of placing the order. After this time, we may not be able to cancel your order before dispatch. Unwanted items can be returned at the customer’s expense as part of the return process.

Payment Options

We understand that planning a wedding can be a significant financial commitment, so we offer a range of payment options to suit your needs.

In store payment options

We accept all major credit and debit cards in our wed2b stores, apart from AMEX. You can split payments between card and cash within a single transaction, up to the full amount. Customer Orders, including deposits, and bridesmaids orders must be processed separately from off-the-peg items.

For off-the-peg items such as wedding dresses, flower girl and Holy Communion dresses, accessories, and gifts—since these are sold and taken home on the same day—full payment is required at the time of purchase. All credit and debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the payment is declined, we reserve the right to not complete the transaction.

Full payment is also required at the time of ordering for Customer Orders under the Infinite bridesmaids' dresses service, as outlined in our Bridesmaids Ordering section.

We offer a secure payment link for all major credit and debit cards for those who wish to pay remotely. If someone is paying for the goods on your behalf and cannot be in-store, a secure link will be sent to the provided email address. The link expires in 24 hours and can only be used once. Please note, payment links cannot be used for Customer Orders, including deposits or bridesmaids' orders, as the terms and conditions must be signed in-store by the payee.

For UK stores only, we offer a flexible payment option using Klarna finance. This option is not available in our European stores currently.

With Klarna, you can spread the cost of your purchase with 21.9% interest or choose an interest-free “Pay in 3” option (subject to Klarna approval). Applying for Klarna is quick and easy with only four steps, and credit decisions are made in real time.

Once approved, you’ll create a Klarna account and make payments based on the terms confirmed in your credit agreement. Klarna sends monthly statements—no passwords to remember—and you’re in control of your payments, managing them at your convenience.

Online payment options

We take every precaution to ensure your payment is secure. All credit and debit card transactions on our website are processed through a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details. We accept all major credit and debit cards, except AMEX. All payments are subject to validation checks by the card issuer. If payment is not authorized, we reserve the right to refuse your order.

Depending on your country or device, additional payment methods may be available, such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, or BanContact, which will be displayed during checkout.

Currently, we are unable to offer credit or flexible payment options such as Klarna for online purchases.

Delivery Timescales

We've created this section to provide you with detailed information on delivery options and timescales for your wed2b purchases.

In store

Wedding dresses, flower girl dresses, accessories, underskirts, veils, and storage items are available off-the-peg from wed2b stores, meaning they can be taken home the same day and are not subject to delivery timeframes.

To preserve the condition of our stock, wed2b does not transfer items between stores for fitting. Please visit us in store using our walk-in service—our Bridal Experts look forward to helping you find “the one.”

For made-to-order items like bridesmaids’ dresses from our Infinite collection, the lead time depends on our external supplier. The standard delivery time is 14 weeks from the order date, with an option for express delivery within 8 weeks for a Rush Order fee of £20 per dress. Please note that Irish and European stores will experience an additional 2 weeks on this delivery timeframe.

Our Bridal team will contact you via phone and email once your bridesmaids’ dresses have arrived at the store. Please remember, we can only store goods for up to 30 days after they have arrived for collection. For further details, please see the Bridesmaids Customer Order section.

Online

Flower girl dresses, accessories, underskirts, veils, and gift items are available for purchase through our website at wed2b.com. We offer next-day delivery within mainland UK on all orders, with a full trackable service for £4.99.

Orders placed before 12 pm will be processed and dispatched the same day, while orders placed after this time will be sent the following working day. Please note, our warehouse is closed over the weekend, so orders placed then will be dispatched on the next business day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a system-generated email with tracking information. On the day of delivery, the courier will provide a delivery window via the tracking link. Currently, we are unable to offer delivery outside mainland UK. Our nominated courier may leave your parcel outside your premises without requiring a signature, but they will provide a photograph and coordinates of the drop-off point for both you and wed2b. You can update your delivery preferences, such as nominating a safe place or an alternative address, through the tracking link.

If there’s a delay outside our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the impact. While we won’t be liable for delays caused by such events, you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any goods you’ve paid for but not yet received.

We also offer bridesmaids’ dresses via Click and Collect. Simply add your chosen size, colour, and style to your basket and proceed to checkout, selecting your preferred collection store. We strongly recommend ordering online only after trying on the samples in-store, as bridesmaids’ dresses are non-refundable due to their made-to-order nature. Standard delivery time for bridesmaids’ dresses is 14 weeks, with an express option of 8 weeks available for a £20 fee per dress, which can be added during checkout. Further details can be found in the Bridesmaids Orders section.

Bridesmaids Orders

Thank you for choosing the Infinite collection for your special occasion. We’re confident you’ll be thrilled with your bridesmaids’ dresses. As these items are individually made to order, we ask that you carefully read the following information. This process applies to all bridesmaids orders, whether placed in-store or via our website for the Click and Collect service.

Size and colour

We carry samples in every wed2b store, available in UK sizes 04–24. However, due to the wide range of styles and colours available, we do not stock samples in every colour. We cannot confirm in advance which styles or colours will be available for fittings. A colour swatch is available in-store for you to take home, free of charge. Just ask a store team member.

For bridesmaids’ dresses, full payment (including any delivery charges for express delivery) is required before processing your order, either in-store or online via the Click and Collect service. Your order will not be processed until payment has been received. After placing your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. It is your responsibility to check the details carefully to ensure you are satisfied with the selected style, colour, and size.

Please note, there may be slight variations in the fabric dye between batches, which can result in small differences between the swatch/sample and the actual product. These differences will be minimal, but we recommend placing all bridesmaids’ orders at the same time to ensure the fabric comes from the same batch.

Our Infinite bridesmaids’ dresses are made to order but are not custom-made to size. Standard sizing is used, with a tolerance of up to ½ inch for all measurements. We do not accept bespoke or custom orders for non-standard sizes. The dresses are made in a standard length of 47 inches from waist to hem. We recommend that all bridal party members try on the sample dresses before placing an order, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for dresses that do not fit. If there’s any doubt about sizing, we suggest ordering the larger size as it can be altered to fit, but the seam allowance does not allow for alterations up a dress size.

If you choose to order a bridesmaid's dress without trying on a sample or if a bridesmaid has not tried on a sample, you will be asked to sign an agreement acknowledging the risk of proceeding with the order.

Flower girl and Holy Communion dresses

Flower girl and Holy Communion dresses are available off-the-peg and can be purchased either in-store or online for home delivery. These dresses are subject to our standard exchange policy and may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days if purchased in store. We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases of flower girl dresses, but online purchases are eligible for a refund via our online returns.

Delivery timescale and alterations

Bridesmaids’ dresses are typically available for collection in-store up to 14 weeks after the order is placed and fully paid for. We currently offer Click and Collect for bridesmaids’ dresses purchased online, but home delivery is not available for these items. Accessories, underskirts, flower girl dresses, and gifts purchased from wed2b are available for home delivery.

To allow for alterations, we recommend having your bridesmaids’ dresses arrive at least one month before your event. Please note that during peak wedding season, this time may increase due to seamstress availability. Wed2b does not offer an alterations service, and we advise contacting a professional seamstress for any necessary adjustments. While we can recommend local seamstresses, we are not responsible for their work or pricing, so we strongly suggest researching their expertise before proceeding with any alterations.

Once your order arrives in-store, we will notify you, and it will be ready for collection. Please ensure that you collect your order within 30 days of this notification. After 30 days, the order may be returned to our warehouse. For security reasons, you’ll need to bring proof of identity along with your order receipt when collecting your items. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please forward the email order confirmation to them.

Bridesmaids’ Click and Collect orders must be collected in-store and cannot be delivered to your home address. Our delivery times are approximate, and while we will make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, external factors may impact delivery. If wed2b anticipates a delay beyond the estimated delivery date on your order contract, our Customer Care team will contact you using the details provided on the order.

For sustainability, all bridesmaids' dresses from the same order will be supplied in a single plastic covering as standard and hung on cardboard hangers when collected from the store. Premium dress bags and hangers are available for purchase when collecting your dress, at your discretion. We also offer premium flower girl hangers and dress bags.

Returns, cancellations, and exchanges

As all Infinite bridesmaids’ dresses are made to order, they are excluded from our standard exchange policy and cannot be returned or exchanged. Bridesmaids’ dresses are non-refundable after 48 hours from placing the order has passed. Up until this time, orders can be cancelled or amended via our Customer Care team. Please contact us with your order number to request any changes.

Distance selling regulations apply, and your statutory rights are not affected.

We can cancel or amend a bridesmaids’ order only within 48 hours of placing it, whether the order was made in-store or through the Click and Collect service. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us within this time frame with your customer order number and details of the size and colour amendments.

After 48 hours, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations or amendments, as the order will be processed by our supplier.

Storing your dress

To ensure your dress stays in pristine condition for your big day and for years to come, we recommend using our premium storage boxes. These boxes help protect your wedding dress by keeping it safe, dry, and away from direct heat or sunlight, preserving the fabric, lace, and beading. The acid-free tissue paper included in the box also safeguards the fabric.

We offer a medium storage box (55 × 35 × 20 cm), suitable for hand luggage on most airlines, priced at £24.99. Our larger storage boxes (80 × 50 × 20 cm) are available for £29.99.

Please note that wed2b cannot guarantee the condition of your dress over time.

Cleaning your wedding dress

All wed2b garments are dry clean only, so please always follow the care label instructions. We highly recommend visiting a specialist bridal dry cleaner with experience in handling luxury wedding dresses and premium fabrics.

Alterations

Our expert bridal stylists can offer advice on whether your dress can be altered for size or design. If you require design alterations, we strongly recommend consulting an experienced seamstress to assess feasibility and cost before making a purchase. Please be aware that we only offer exchanges for wedding dresses within 14 days, and no refunds are available.

Customers are responsible for the cost of any specialist alterations. Wed2b is not liable for any alteration charges related to our products. Once a dress has been altered, it cannot be returned or exchanged. While we can recommend professional seamstresses, we are not responsible for their work or pricing and strongly encourage you to research their services before committing.

Since our dresses are sold off the peg, wed2b cannot provide extra fabric for alterations. However, many leading seamstresses can usually find a suitable fabric match to complement the design.

Returns & Exchanges

In store

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you change your mind about an item purchased in a wed2b store, you can return it within 14 days for an exchange. Please note, we do not offer refunds for any items purchased in-store—exchanges only. We recommend returning the item to the store where it was originally purchased for an exchange. However, if this isn’t possible, we will do our best to assist. wed2b stores can support customers who have travelled between stores for purchases or exchanges.

Under distance selling regulations, your statutory rights are not affected by our refund policy. If an item is deemed faulty, please return it to the store within 14 days for a replacement or refund. We are unable to accept returns by post for items purchased in-store.

In the case of a faulty item and a refund is agreed, a reversal of the original payment will be processed through wed2b’s POS systems. Each payment method used, up to the payment amount, will be refunded as it was originally captured.

To process an exchange in-store, we’ll need your original receipt or proof of purchase, such as a bank statement. Without proof of purchase, we cannot offer an exchange. Please note that bridesmaid dresses, as well as storage items such as storage boxes, bags, or hangers, are excluded from our policy and are non-refundable or eligible for exchange.

Items being exchanged must be returned in a resaleable condition, unless faulty. This means all original packaging and labels should be intact, and the item must be undamaged, unaltered, free from odour and unused. We will check the item upon return and reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we find the item has been damaged, altered, worn, or affected by odour.

Items that have been personalised, or dresses that have been discounted due to imperfections, are not eligible for exchange unless faulty. This would be agreed upon at the time of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings or jewellery sets that include earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Online

Items purchased online are eligible for return and refund within 14 days, including flower girl dresses, accessories, underskirts, and gifting items. We do not offer exchanges for online purchases, only returns which will be processed as refunds.

Please note that our made-to-order bridesmaids’ dresses from the Infinite collection are non-refundable.

We also cannot accept returns of earrings or jewellery sets that include earrings, for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items must be returned to the warehouse address provided on the dispatch note included in your parcel, within 14 days. The return address is:

Items received after this time frame may not be accepted for return, and refunds will be processed at wed2b’s discretion.

We cannot accept or process refunds for online purchases in a wed2b store. Online items must be returned to our central warehouse for processing in the country of purchase.

Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed once the returned parcel is received in our central warehouse. Refunds may take an additional 5–7 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. An email confirmation will be sent once the return is processed.

Please note that return postage costs are not covered unless the item is deemed faulty. If an item is returned with a faulty reason code, £4.99 postage paid will be refunded as part of the return process, once the fault is confirmed by our quality control team.

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. We cannot refund amounts exceeding the original payment value. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Services team, who will be happy to assist with returns queries for faulty items.

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”) govern the relationship between wed2b Limited (a company registered in England and Wales, with company number 06969366 and registered office at 6 Precedent Drive, Rooksley, Milton Keynes, MK13 8PE) ("wed2b") and any provider of wedding-related goods or services available through the Wedding Supplier Platform (referred to as “you”, “your” or “Supplier”).

By clicking the ‘accept’ button and signing up to advertise on the Wedding Supplier Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. Upon acceptance, a legally binding agreement is formed between wed2b and you (the “Agreement”).

In the event of a dispute, it is the Supplier's responsibility to provide the Terms of Use accepted at the time of entering into the Agreement.

2. Wedding Supplier Platform

The Wedding Supplier Platform allows Suppliers to advertise wedding-related goods and services for purchase or hire to potential customers.

The Wedding Supplier Platform will not be available to suppliers that, in wed2b’s opinion, do not offer wedding-related goods or services, or to those offering non-wedding-related goods or services. Competitors to wed2b in any product category will not be accepted into the platform.

To advertise on the platform, the Supplier must register a profile by submitting required details (e.g., business name, contact name, email, service category, and locations) and accepting these Terms of Use.

wed2b may update the Wedding Supplier Platform to reflect changes in its products, services, and business priorities.

By entering into this Agreement, the Supplier agrees to provide a website link via a widget or social media post before their business is published on wed2b’s website (see clause 11 for details).

3. Pricing

Advertising on wed2b’s Supplier Directory is free. Should the pricing structure change, wed2b will contact the Supplier to discuss any charges or advertising opportunities.

4. Term and Termination

  • 4.1 The Agreement begins on the date the Supplier’s listing first appears on the Website (the “Start Date”), confirmed by an email from wed2b.
  • 4.2 wed2b may terminate the Agreement at any time with two weeks’ prior written notice.
  • 4.3 wed2b may terminate or suspend access without notice if:
    • (a) The Supplier’s conduct is deemed unacceptable;
    • (b) The Supplier breaches these Terms of Use;
    • (c) The Supplier violates applicable laws or regulations;
    • (d) The Supplier becomes insolvent.
  • 4.4 The Supplier may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice within 7 working days after signing, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Wedding Supplier Platform Access

  • 5.1 wed2b will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • 5.2 Access may be suspended for maintenance, repairs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • 5.3 wed2b will attempt periodic virus checks but cannot guarantee the Platform is bug- or virus-free.
  • 5.4 Any provided user identification code or password must be kept confidential.
  • 5.5 wed2b reserves the right to disable any credentials if the Supplier fails to comply with these Terms.
  • 5.6 wed2b is not responsible for any decrease in the Supplier’s business or traffic resulting from Platform use.

6. Your Obligations

  • 6.1 The Supplier must not post or transmit any material that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or technically harmful (including viruses or malware).
  • 6.2 The Supplier must not misuse or copy the Platform, including hacking or unauthorized access attempts.
  • 6.3 wed2b will cooperate with authorities or court orders to disclose identities of violators.
  • 6.4 The Supplier must provide accurate, honest, and up-to-date details about their identity and services.
  • 6.5 The Supplier must not mislead about the origin of information or conceal its source.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

wed2b owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in the Wedding Supplier Platform, including content and elements of the Website.

8. Indemnity

The Supplier shall indemnify wed2b against all costs, expenses, damages, and losses arising from third-party claims related to defective goods or services supplied through the Platform.

9. Liability

  • 9.1 Use of the Platform is at the Supplier’s own risk; wed2b will not be liable for any resulting loss.
  • 9.2 wed2b’s liability is limited and excludes implied conditions, warranties, and representations.
  • 9.3 wed2b is not liable for loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
  • 9.4 Subject to exceptions, wed2b’s total liability is limited to £500.

10. Your Materials

  • 10.1 The Supplier grants wed2b a license to use, store, copy, and distribute any materials provided for advertising on the Platform.
  • 10.2 The Supplier warrants ownership of materials and non-infringement of third-party rights.
  • 10.3 The Supplier will indemnify wed2b against claims arising from use of their materials.
  • 10.4 Personal information in Supplier materials will be handled per wed2b’s Privacy Policy.

11. Website Linking and Social Media

  • 11.1 The Supplier may link to wed2b’s website or social channels in a fair and legal manner without misrepresentation.
  • 11.2 wed2b will provide a unique widget; if no website exists, a social media post confirming the listing is required.

12. Variation

wed2b may amend these Terms of Use at any time. Suppliers should review them periodically to ensure they understand the current terms.

13. General

  • 13.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes prior agreements.
  • 13.2 If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
  • 13.3 Waiver of a breach does not waive subsequent breaches.
  • 13.4 No third party outside this Agreement may enforce its terms.
  • 13.5 This Agreement does not create a partnership or agency relationship.
  • 13.6 Governed by English and Welsh law; disputes resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
Competition Terms and Conditions

To enter the competition, entrants must follow the instructions provided in the launch competition post across our Emails, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok pages. By entering, you accept and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected randomly using a generator once the competition is closed. The winner will be notified via email by wed2b. A notification with the winner's name will also be posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages after the winner has been notified by email.

Prize details

If the prize is a wedding dress, the winner may choose any dress from any wed2b store up to the value of £899 (€999), including all other designers stocked by wed2b. wed2b retains the right to disclose which prize the winner receives if multiple prizes are available in the competition. The competition prize will be stated in the advertised post for that specific competition. Prizes can only be claimed as per the entry submitted for that competition. Unless otherwise stated, prizes must be redeemed in-store.

Accessory giveaways

Accessory giveaways include items from the AMIXI product range, such as hairpieces, veils, belts, and jackets. These do not include underskirts, gifting items, or wed2b storage products.

Wedding dress prizes

Wedding dress prizes are capped at a value of £899. If the winner selects a dress with a higher value, they will be required to pay the balance. If the dress chosen is below £899, the remaining value cannot be carried over to another product or dress and will be voided; no cash alternative is available. The prize giveaway covers wed2b products only and does not include service charges like priority ordering for bridesmaids, rush order fees, inter-store transfers, or postage charges. These services must be paid for at the time of ordering.

Claiming your prize

The winner may be asked to provide evidence of a qualifying purchase, either through a store receipt or an online order confirmation. The winner has 12 months from the date they are notified to claim their prize, unless otherwise stated in the competition post. Refunds for previous purchases made within the last 12 months may be claimed if specified in the competition details. If no such claim period is mentioned, prizes are for new orders only, and existing purchases are not eligible for a refund. The qualifying purchase period will be stated in the competition post, and the competition duration will run according to the timescales provided. wed2b reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition early if necessary.

Technical issues

wed2b is not responsible for any technical faults that interrupt or prevent order placement within the qualifying time. Incomplete purchases due to technical issues will not be considered valid entries.

Refunds and exchanges

Refunds will only be processed to the original method of payment and will be handled through either in-store or online, depending on the competition prize. For online-only prizes, this will be specified in the competition post. Once the prize has been redeemed, no refunds or exchanges are available for any reason. There is no cash alternative to the prize, and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other wed2b offer.

Winner verification

The winner will be required to provide personal details, including their name, email address, phone number, and wedding date, for verification purposes. These details will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties. Full details of our privacy policy can be found here. If the winner refuses to provide this information, the prize will not be redeemable, and wed2b reserves the right to select a new winner or declare the competition void for that period.

Use of winner’s information

The winner agrees that wed2b can use their name, town/city, and county of residence on the 'Winners' page on Facebook and the 'Our Brides' page on upbredome.com, as well as in other marketing activities deemed appropriate.

Eligibility

  • Entrants must be 18 years or older and reside in the UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, or Germany.
  • Only one entry per person per competition. Entrants may only win each competition once.
  • wed2b employees are not eligible to win.
  • The Director’s decision is final and unchallengeable. The Director can declare a competition void without providing a reason.

Marketing and promotions

By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to the use of their image for marketing purposes. This includes being featured as a “Real Bride” on wed2b’s website and social media channels. This may involve showcasing selected wedding day photographs and interviews about the winner’s wedding experience with wed2b.

Payment Options

We understand planning a wedding can be an expensive time and offer payment options for customer to choose from.

In Store Payment Options

All major credit and debit cards are accepted in Wed2b stores, excluding AMEX. Payment can be split between card, cash as required in one transaction, up to the full amount. Customer Orders including deposits, and Bridesmaids need to be processed separately to off the peg items.

As goods such as wedding dress, flower girl and Holy Communion dresses, accessories, and gifting are sold off the peg, and taken home that day, full payment is required at point of purchase. All credit and debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuers. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we reserve the right to not complete the sale.

Full Payment is also required for Customer Orders at time of ordering as part of our Infinite Bridesmaids dresses ordering contract. Further details can be found in the bridesmaids ordering section.

We also offer a secure Payment link for all Major Credit and Debit cards, which can be used should someone be paying for the goods who are not in store during time of purchase. For customer data protection, we are unable to take card details over the phone.

A secure link is triggered from the till to a chosen email address, the link has an expiry of 24hrs and can only be used once. Transactions using Pay Link cannot be part paid using another payment method, please ask store management for support during the sale if any questions. Multiple transactions can be created to allow part payment in store, and then via link as required for the value of goods.

Please note, Payment Links cannot be used for Customer Orders including Deposits and Bridesmaids orders as Terms and Conditions must be signed in store by payee.

We also offer a flexible payment option using Klarna Finance for UK stores only, European stores are not able to offer Klarna currently.

Delivery Timescales

A helpful summary of delivery times and charges for in-store and online.

In Store

Wedding Dresses, Flower Girls, Accessories, Underskirts, Veils, and Storage items are available off the peg from a wed2b store and are taken home that same day, therefore are not subject to any delivery times.

In rare circumstances, an item may be ordered in from another store in the size needed. Delivery is offered at a charge of £25 for 3–5-day service, or £12.50 for up to 3 weeks delivery, in addition to full payment being made for the item(s) value. Flower Girl or Wedding Dresses may be transferred between stores to fulfill sizes required. All other items are available to purchase for home delivery via the website.

Our Bridal team will be in touch in the immediate days following the goods having arrived at the collection store via a courtesy phone call and an email. In the event of a transfer between stores, our Exchange period of 14 days will begin on the date the customer collects the goods from the collection store.

Made to order items that form part of Customer Orders, such as bridesmaids’ dresses from the Infinite collection, are subject to an external supplier's lead time. Our standard delivery option is 14 weeks from the date of order. We also offer express delivery in 8 weeks for a Rush Order charge of £20 per dress for our Bridesmaids dresses.

Please note, our Irish and European stores are subject to an additional 2 weeks to lead times quoted above due to shipping.

Our Bridal team will be in touch in the immediate days following Bridesmaids dresses arriving at the store via courtesy phone call and an email. Please note, we are unable to store any goods for more than 30 days if not collected from the store. Further details can be found in the Bridesmaids Customer Order section.

Online

Flower Girls, Accessories, Underskirts, Veils, and Gifting items are available to purchase via the website at wed2b.com. Delivery to Mainland UK is offered on a full trackable Next Day service, using a nominated courier for £4.99.

Orders received before 12pm are processed and dispatched on a Next Day service, and orders received after this time will be sent the following working day. Orders for website home delivery are not dispatched over the weekend when our warehouse is closed.

Once dispatched, a system-triggered email with tracking will be sent to the email details captured during checkout. On the day of delivery, the courier should provide a delivery window via the trackable link. We are unable to offer delivery outside of Mainland UK currently. Please note, our nominated courier can leave your package(s) outside the premise of the shipping address provided by you without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery; a photograph and coordinates of the parcel drop-off are provided to the customer and wed2b as the merchant from the courier. In-flight shipment preferences can be updated from the trackable link by the customer, nominating a safe place or alternative delivery address. Our Customer Care team is available if you need support on a missing or delayed parcel.

If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.

We also offer Bridesmaids dresses via a Click and Collect service online. Simply add the size, color, and style to the basket and complete checkout choosing a collection store. We strongly recommend only placing an online order once samples have been fitted and tried on in-store, as Bridesmaids dresses are non-refundable due to the made-to-order offering. Standard delivery is 14 weeks, and a rush order delivery of 8 weeks is available to add onto the order at checkout for an extra £20 per Bridesmaids dress. Bridesmaids Orders

Thank you for considering the Infinite collection for your special occasion. We are sure that you will be delighted with the product that you have chosen. As this is an item that we are producing for you individually, on a made-to-order service, we ask you to read the following information carefully. Please note, this information is the same for our Bridesmaids dresses ordering process, regardless of whether the order is placed in store, or via the website for click and collect service.

Size and Colour

Samples are held in every Wed2b store, in every size from 04-24 UK sizing. We do not hold samples of every colour, and style due to the volume of options available. We are unable to confirm before a visit which samples are available in style and colour for fittings. A colour swatch is available in store to take home, free of charge. Please ask a member of the store team for more details.

We will ask you to make payment in full for the Bridesmaids dresses, plus any delivery charges if using our express rush delivery service. Orders will not be processed until full payment has been made, either in-store or online via the website click and collect service.

Whether ordering online or in-store, a copy of the Order Confirmation is sent to the email details provided. It is the customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the Bridesmaids dresses ordered and ensure they are satisfied with the style, colour, and size selected.

Please note, there may be variations in the fabric dye between batches, so there may be small differences to the colour that you see on swatches or samples in store. The difference will not be dramatic, but if you are ordering for a bridal party, we strongly recommend that the order is placed at the same time, so the fabric used is from the same cut.

Our Infinite Bridesmaids dresses are made to order, however, they are not custom made to size. A standard sizing charge is used, and we allow up to ½” tolerance for all measurements. We are unable to accept bespoke custom orders for non-standard sizing. All items are made in a standard length of 47” from waist to hem. We strongly recommend that all bridal party members try on the size before the order is placed, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for Bridesmaids dresses that do not fit. If fit is between sizes, we suggest ordering the larger size, as this can be taken in to fit, but there is not enough fabric in the seam to adjust larger.

Customers who choose to order a Bridesmaids dress that does not fit at the time of order, or for a Bridesmaid who has not tried on a sample, will be asked to sign the ordering contract stating they’re satisfied to proceed with the order with this risk.

Flower Girl and Holy Communion Dresses

Flower Girl and Holy Communion dresses are available to complement the Bridesmaids party. These dresses are not made to order and are available off the peg or for home delivery if ordering online. Flower Girl and Holy Communion dresses are subject to our standard exchange policy; within 14 days, they can be exchanged for another size. We do not offer refunds on flower girl dresses purchased in-store, but online orders are eligible for refunds.

Delivery Timescale and Alterations

We estimate that your order of Bridesmaids dresses will be in store and available to collect up to 14 weeks after the date you placed and paid for the order in full. We are unable to offer home delivery for our Bridesmaids dresses, only a click-and-collect service if ordered online. Wed2b items such as accessories, underskirts, flower girls, and gifting will be visible on the website and are available for home delivery.

We recommend that you allow at least 1 month between the delivery of your Bridesmaids order and the date of the special occasion to allow sufficient time for alterations. Please note, during peak wedding season this recommended time may increase due to seamstress capacity. Alterations are not carried out by Wed2b.

We will contact you once your order has arrived in store and is ready to collect. We ask that you ensure you collect your order within 30 days of receiving this notification, as after this time we will return the order to our warehouse. For security reasons, please bring proof of identity with you when you collect the order, along with your order receipt. Click and Collect orders containing Bridesmaids’ items must be collected from the store and cannot be posted to the customer. All delivery times quoted are approximate, and we will endeavour to do our best to meet these timescales. However, please be aware that there may be external influences that affect these delivery times.

Sustainability

With sustainability in mind, Bridesmaids’ dresses of the same order are supplied in a single plastic covering as standard, and each dress is hung on cardboard hangers when collecting from the store. Premium dress bags and hangers are available to purchase from the store when collecting to finish off the Bridesmaids offering. These are purchased at the customer's discretion. We also offer premium Flower Girl hangers and dress bags.

Alterations & Recommendations

Wed2b do not offer an alterations service for our Bridesmaids’ dresses or Flower Girl dresses. Although our Bridesmaids’ dresses are made-to-order, they are not couture made-to-measure, and in many instances, a degree of alteration is required for a perfect fit, often in length. We can recommend the services of professional seamstresses local to the area; however, we are not responsible for their workmanship, alterations made, or pricing structure and strongly recommend researching their skillset before committing to undertake any work.

Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges

All Bridesmaids Infinite dresses from our chiffon and satin range are made to order and therefore are excluded from our standard exchange policy of 14 days. We are unable to offer exchanges on Bridesmaids dresses.

Bridesmaids’ dresses are non-refundable and cannot be returned to store. Distance selling regulations apply, and statutory rights are not affected and will apply.

Wed2b can cancel, or amend a Bridesmaids order, only up to 48hrs after being placed, whether it has been made in store or via the website Click and Collect service. Please contact us with your order details via phone to arrange within this timescale. After 48hrs, we will be unable to accommodate your request to cancel or amend the order as the supplier will be making to order.

Storing Your Dress

We recommend using our premium storage boxes to ensure your gown remains pristine for the big day and many years beyond. Ensuring your dress is stored somewhere safe and dry, away from direct heat or sunlight, will preserve the fabrics, lace, and beading. The acid-free tissue paper in the storage box will protect the fabric.

We offer a medium box, which is suitable for hand luggage on most airlines, for £24.99 (measuring 55 x 35 x 20cm). Our larger storage boxes are £29.99 (80 x 50 x 20cm).

Please note: Wed2b is unable to offer a guarantee on the condition of the dress over time.

Cleaning Your Wedding Dress

All Wed2b garments are dry clean only. Please always read the care label. We recommend visiting a specialist bridal dry cleaner with experience in cleaning luxury wedding dresses and premium fabrics.

Alterations

Our expert bridal stylists can support you during the fitting with advice on whether a dress can be altered for sizing and/or design. We strongly recommend seeking the advice of an experienced seamstress for feasibility and cost before purchasing, especially if design alterations are required. Please note, we will only offer an exchange for any wedding dresses within 14 days of purchase, and we do not offer refunds.

Customers are solely responsible for the cost of any specialist alterations. Wed2b will not be liable for any charges related to alterations made to any of our products. Once a dress has been altered, it cannot be returned for exchange.

We recommend the services of professional seamstresses but are not responsible for their workmanship, alterations made, or pricing structure. We suggest researching their work and recommendations before committing to alterations.

Due to the off-the-peg nature of our dresses, Wed2b is unable to provide extra fabric for alterations. However, industry-leading seamstresses should be able to find a match to complement or correlate with the fabric as needed.

Returns & Exchanges

In Store

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if you have changed your mind on the items you purchased in a Wed2b store, please return to the store with the item(s) within 14 days. Please note, we do not offer refunds for any item purchased from a Wed2b store, exchanges only.

We recommend returning to the Wed2b store where the purchase was made to request an exchange. However, if this is not possible, we will do our best to assist. Wed2b stores can support customers who have traveled between stores for purchases and exchanges.

Distance selling regulations apply, and statutory rights are not affected in our refund policy. If any item is deemed to be faulty, please return to store within 14 days for a replacement or refund. We are unable to accept returns by post for items bought from store.

If goods are deemed faulty, and a refund is agreed, a reversal of the original payment will be processed through Wed2b POS systems. We cannot refund to an alternative payment method at the request of the customer. This includes payments that may have been split between alternate payment methods, each will be reversed as captured.

To allow us to process an exchange in store, we will need your original receipt or proof of purchase, such as a bank statement. If you don't have your receipt or other proof of purchase, we will be unable to offer an exchange.

Please note, our exchange policy excludes Bridesmaids dresses and storage items such as storage boxes, bags, or hangers. These items are non-refundable or eligible to be exchanged for other goods.

It's important that any item being exchanged, unless faulty, is returned in a resaleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels and that it's undamaged, unaltered, and unused. We will check the item when it is returned and reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we feel the item has been damaged, altered, worn, or affected by odour.

Where a product has been personalised for you, unless faulty, we're unable to offer an exchange. Exchanges are not available on dresses that have been discounted further due to imperfections. This would have been agreed during the sale and original discount.

We cannot accept returns of earrings or jewellery sets that include earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Our Customer Care team will not be able to approve exchange requests over 14 days, except in circumstances where Wed2b can demonstrate the requirement for an out-of-policy exchange, due to fault or negligence. Our team is here to help.

Online

Items purchased online via the website are eligible for a return and refund under distance selling regulations within 14 days - including flower girl dresses, accessories, underskirts, and gifting. We are unable to offer exchanges for items bought online, only a return and refund.

The refund policy does not include our made-to-order service for click and collect Bridesmaids dresses from our Infinite collection. Those Bridesmaids items are non-refundable.

Please note, we also cannot accept returns of earrings or jewellery sets which include earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Goods must be returned to the warehouse address stated on the despatch note, which will be included in the parcel, within 14 days. This return address can also be viewed here: Wed2b Returns, 6 Precedent Drive, Rooksley, Milton Keynes, MK13 8PE.

Orders received outside of this time frame may not be accepted for return, and refunds will be reviewed at the discretion of Wed2b.

We are unable to accept and process refunds in a Wed2b store for any goods bought via the website. Those items purchased online must be returned to our central warehouse for processing in the country of their purchase, and not returned to a Wed2b physical store.

Please allow a handling time of up to 10 days for your refund to be processed once the parcel is received at our central warehouse. A further 5-7 days may be applicable until funds are returned to the original payment method. This will vary depending on the payment provider. An email confirmation of credit value will be sent when the return is completed by Wed2b. Currently, we are unable to offer returns tracking for refunds pending processing.

Please note return postage costs are not covered, unless the item is deemed to be faulty. Returns processed with a faulty reason code will automatically have £4.99 postage refunded during the credit process once the fault is confirmed by our quality control team. All refunds are returned to the original payment method, and we are unable to refund over and above the original payment value. If you need further support, please contact customer services who can assist with returns queries for faulty items.

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”) govern the relationship between: (i) WED2B Limited (a limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 06969366 and with its registered office at 6 Precedent Drive, Rooksley, Milton Keynes, MK13 8PE) (“WED2B”) the owner of the website upbredome.com (“Website”) and other platforms and applications from which the Website can be accessed (together the “Wedding Supplier Platform”); and (ii) any provider of wedding-related goods or services available through the Wedding Supplier Platform (“you”, “your” or “Supplier”).

1.2 Each Supplier who clicks on the ‘accept’ button, and signs up to advertise on the Wedding Supplier Platform, is acknowledging that it has read and understood, and agrees to, the Terms of Use. Upon clicking the ‘accept’ button, a legally binding agreement is formed between WED2B and you incorporating these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”).

1.3 In any dispute, it is the responsibility of the Supplier to provide the Terms of Use which were accepted by them at the time of entering into the Agreement.

2. Wedding Supplier Platform

2.1 The Wedding Supplier Platform is a platform from which the Supplier can advertise one or more of their wedding-related goods and/or services for purchase and/or hire to potential customers.

2.2 The Wedding Supplier Platform shall not be available to a supplier that, in WED2B’s opinion, does not provide wedding-related goods and/or services or any Supplier that, in WED2B’s opinion, advertises goods and/or services which are not wedding-related. Business that are deemed to be competitors to WED2B in any product category will not be accepted into WED2B’s database.

2.3 In order to advertise wedding-related goods and/or services on the Wedding Supplier Platform, you must register a profile. In order to register a profile, you are required to: (a) Enter any details required (such as the name of the Supplier, contact name, email address, service category, locations) on WED2B’s online form; and (b) Click and accept these Terms of Use.

2.4 WED2B may update and change the Wedding Supplier Platform from time to time to reflect changes to its products or services, its users' needs and its business priorities.

2.5 Through entering an agreement the supplier agrees to website linking through a widget or social media post before their business is published onto WED2B’s website. See clause 11 for further details.

3. Pricing

3.1 It is free to advertise on WED2B’s supplier directory. At such a time, the pricing structure will be reviewed, and we will be in touch to outline any charges and advertising opportunities.

4. Term and Termination

4.1 The Agreement will be deemed to have started on the date on which your entry is first listed on the Website (the “Start Date”) which will be confirmed by an email from WED2B to you.

4.2 WED2B may terminate the Agreement at any time by giving you two weeks' prior written notice.

4.3 WED2B may terminate the Agreement or suspend or withdraw your access to the Wedding Supplier Platform, without notice if: (a) you pursue any course of conduct which WED2B considers to be unacceptable; (b) you are in breach of the Terms of Use; (c) you are in breach of any relevant or applicable law or regulation; or (d) you become insolvent.

4.4 The Supplier reserves the right to terminate the Agreement by notice in writing, within 7 working days from the day after the Agreement was entered into, in which case a full refund will be made.

5. Wedding Supplier Platform Access

5.1 While WED2B will try to ensure that the Wedding Supplier Platform is available 24 hours a day, WED2B does not guarantee that the Wedding Supplier Platform, or any content on it, will always be available or will be uninterrupted, and WED2B shall not be liable if, for any reason, the Wedding Supplier Platform is unavailable at any time or for any period.

5.2 Access to the Wedding Supplier Platform may be suspended or restricted by WED2B without notice for business or operational reasons, maintenance, repair, or for circumstances arising which are beyond WED2B’s control.

5.3 Whilst WED2B will try to check and test the WED2B Wedding Supplier Platform for viruses from time to time, it does not guarantee that it will be free from viruses or bugs.

5.4 If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password, or any other piece of information as part of WED2B’s security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

5.5 WED2B has the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by WED2B, at any time, if in WED2B’s reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.

5.6 WED2B shall not be held responsible for any stagnation or decrease in the Supplier’s business, website traffic, or future sales in connection with the Supplier’s use of the Wedding Supplier Platform.

6. Your Obligations

6.1 You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the Wedding Supplier Platform any material that is:

  • Threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, likely to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy, or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to anyone; or,
  • Technically damaging or harmful in any way whatsoever regardless of the type or format (including, but not limited, to viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, and other harmful components).

6.2 You shall not misuse or copy the Wedding Supplier Platform in any way. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, hacking or phishing. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Wedding Supplier Platform, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to it. You must not attack the Wedding Supplier Platform via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.

6.3 WED2B will co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing it to disclose the identity of anyone posting material in breach of clauses 6.1 or 6.2.

6.4 The Supplier shall submit accurate, up-to-date, and honest details about its (and its representatives’) identity and services which it advertises to its customers.

6.5 The Supplier shall not supply misleading details about the origin of any information or include details that may conceal the true source of any information.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 With the exception of Your Materials, WED2B is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Wedding Supplier Platform, including the content that appears on the Website and all elements making up the Wedding Supplier Platform.

8. Indemnity

8.1 The Supplier shall indemnify WED2B against all costs, expenses, damages, and losses incurred or paid by WED2B as a result of or in connection with any third-party claim brought against WED2B by the Supplier’s customer, agent, subcontractor, employee, representative, or supplier due to any defective goods or services supplied by the Supplier in connection with the Supplier’s use of the Wedding Supplier Platform pursuant to these Terms of Use.

9. Liability

9.1 The Supplier accepts that use of the WED2B Supplier Platform is carried out at its own risk and that WED2B will not be liable for any loss (whether direct or indirect damages) resulting from the Supplier’s use of the Wedding Supplier Platform.

9.2 WED2B does not exclude or limit in any way its liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or the negligence of its employees, agents, or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9.3 WED2B excludes all implied conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that may apply to the Wedding Supplier Platform or any content on it.

9.4 WED2B will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with: (i) use of, or inability to use, the Website; (ii) use of, or inability to use, the Wedding Supplier Platform; (iii) use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Website or the Wedding Supplier Platform; (iv) loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; (v) loss or corruption of data; (vi) business interruption; (vii) loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation; or (viii) any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

10. Your Materials

10.1 Any material you supply to WED2B or upload to the Wedding Supplier Platform (“Your Materials”) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in Your Materials, but you are required to grant WED2B a licence to use, store, and copy Your Materials and to distribute and make it available to third parties on the Wedding Supplier Platform in order to advertise the goods and services being advertised to visitors of the Wedding Supplier Platform.

10.2 You warrant that you are the owner of Your Materials and that receipt and use of Your Materials by WED2B shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

10.3 You shall indemnify WED2B against all costs, expenses, damages, and losses incurred or paid by WED2B as a result of or in connection with any claim brought against WED2B for infringement of a third party’s intellectual property rights in relation to the receipt or use of Your Materials.

11. Website Linking and Social Media

11.1 You may link to the Website or social media channels, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage WED2B’s reputation or take advantage of it.

11.2 A unique widget will be provided by WED2B to every supplier to place onto their website. This widget will link through to the supplier’s local WED2B site. If a supplier does not have a working website, WED2B will require a social media post upon confirmation of your listing.

12. Variation

12.1 WED2B may amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Every time you wish to use the Wedding Supplier Platform, please check these Terms of Use to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

13. General

13.1 The Agreement constitutes the entire arrangement and understanding between the parties and supersedes and extinguishes all prior agreements, negotiations, and discussions relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

13.2 If a court decides that any part of these Terms of Use cannot be enforced, that part of these Terms of Use will not apply, but the rest of this Agreement will.

13.3 A waiver by a party of a breach of any provision shall not be deemed a continuing waiver or a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions.

13.4 No person other than a party to the Agreement shall have any rights to enforce any terms of the Agreement.

13.5 Nothing in these Terms of Use shall create (or be deemed to create) a partnership or agency between the parties.

13.6 The Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

13.7 Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Agreement or its subject matter or formation.

Competition

All you need to know to be in with a chance!

1. How to Enter

In order to enter the competition, the entrant must follow the instructions shown on the launch competition post across our Emails, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok pages. Entry into the competition deems acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions.

2. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen by a random generator once the competition is closed and will be notified of their success by WED2B via email only. A notification will also appear on our Facebook page and Instagram with the winner’s name after the winner has been emailed.

3. Prize Details

If the prize won is a wedding dress, the winner may choose any dress from any WED2B store, up to the value of £899 (€999), including all other designers stocked by WED2B.

WED2B retains the right to disclose which prize the winner obtains if the competition includes a variation of prizes.

The competition prize will be stated in the advertised post for that specific competition. Giveaway prizes can only be claimed as per the entry submitted for that specific competition post. Prizes can only be redeemed in-store, unless otherwise stated.

4. Accessory Giveaways

Accessory giveaways refer to items from our AMIXI product range, including hair pieces, veils, belts, and jackets, and do not include underskirts, gifting, or WED2B storage items.

5. Wedding Dress Prizes

Wedding dress prizes include up to, but not exceeding, the value of £899 RRP. Dresses above this value may be purchased, but the winner will be required to make payment for the balance upon claiming the prize. A wedding dress below this value may be purchased, but the remaining value will not be carried over to any other products or an additional wedding dress. Any remaining value will not be given as cash but will be voided.

Prize giveaways are for WED2B products only, and do not include service charges such as priority ordering for Bridesmaids, Rush Order fee, Inter-store Transfers, or Postage Charges. Payment must be made for these services, if used, at time of placing your order.

6. Qualifying Purchase

The winner may be asked to provide evidence of a qualifying purchase, in accordance with the competition theme – either through a store receipt or online order confirmation. The winner has 12 months to claim their prize after being notified they were the winner. If the claim period is specific, this will be stated on the advertised launch post. A refund on previous purchases made within 12 months may be claimed if mentioned on the competition details. If not stated, prizes are for new orders only, and refunds on existing purchases are not eligible.

The qualifying purchase period for the giveaway is stated on the competition post, and the competition duration will run in accordance with the timescales stated on the launch post. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate the competition early where it becomes necessary to do so.

7. Technical Faults

If for any reason a technical fault interrupts an order being placed within the qualifying time period, WED2B does not take responsibility for any incomplete purchases, and an incomplete purchase will not be considered a valid entry into the prize draw.

8. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will only be actioned via the original method of payment, and this will include either in-store or online, depending on the competition prize. Where prizes are only open to online orders, this will be stated on the competition launch post.

There will be no refunds or exchanges available after the prize has been redeemed for any reason.

No cash alternative is available, and the prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer from WED2B.

9. Personal Details

The winner will be requested to provide details, which will be used as verification for claiming the prize, through the WED2B Customer Care team. This includes personal details such as first name, last name, email address, phone number, and wedding date. These details are held confidentially and not shared with a third party. Should the winner refuse to provide this information, then the prize will not be redeemable and WED2B has the right to select a new winner or declare the competition void for that period.

10. Winner's Consent

The winner agrees that WED2B can, at their discretion, use the winner's name and town/city/county of residence on a 'winners page' on Facebook of WED2B and the 'Our Brides' page of upbredome.com and as part of any other wider marketing activity as deemed appropriate.

11. Eligibility

All entrants must be aged 18 or over and be a resident of the UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, or Germany.

Only one entry per person for each competition. Each entrant can only win each competition once.

Employees of WED2B are not eligible to win any competitions.

12. Director’s Decision

The Director’s decision is final and unchallengeable. The Director can, at his/her discretion, declare a competition void without providing a reason.

13. Marketing and Promotion

By entering our giveaways, the entrant is agreeing to the use and publication of their image on WED2B websites and social media channels for marketing purposes by becoming a WED2B real bride on upbredome.com. By becoming a real bride, we will be showcasing selected images from the entrant's wedding day photographs and your WED2B store experience. Interviews for the purpose of marketing material will also be conducted with the winner.

Do I need to book an appointment?

We want you to feel relaxed and excited when you visit, so there are no restrictive appointment times. Our walk-in service means you can visit whenever it suits you.

We suggest you allow at least 2 to 3 hours for your visit, to ensure you enjoy your time with us. A typical fitting with one of our Bridal Experts can take between 45 mins to 1.5 hours. Weekends can be our busiest time in store, so if you would prefer a quieter visit we recommend coming mid-week.You can find out more what to expect in store here.

Can I check stock availability?

There’s no obligation to buy your dress on the first visit. However, if you have seen something from our collection which you've fallen in love with, due to the limited-edition nature of our dresses we recommend visiting us sooner rather than later, so you don't miss out.

If you do find ‘The One’, then you can pay and take it away with you the same day. We are unable to ensure future availability of styles, and so would recommend purchasing on the day of visit to avoid disappointment.

How does it work in store?

We want you to have an amazing time while you’re visiting wed2b, and we pride ourselves on offering a range of stunning bridal gowns at an affordable price, but without compromising on quality or service.

Whether your look is classic, romantic or glamorous, one of our 5 exclusive bridal brands will have something to suit. Our highly trained Bridal Experts are also on hand to help you find ‘The One’. With new wedding dresses arriving weekly, we promise you won’t struggle to find the perfect shape, style and size for you.

When you arrive, our Bridal Experts will take a few details from you and find out all about your wedding plans and your dream bridal look. Then it’s time to check out the dresses!

A Bridal Expert will be with you in the fitting room to help you in and out of the dresses and answer any questions on fit, fabrics or styling. They will also make accessory suggestions and help you mix and match underskirts, veils, jackets, tiaras and more, to create your complete look.

If we are busy when you arrive, we’ll keep you updated about the wait time. We have a large comfortable seating area, and you’re welcome to browse the rails and choose styles while you’re waiting.

If you wish to avoid busier periods, we do recommend visiting us on weekdays, and at 10am when the stores open. Weekends can be busier, and sometimes there may be a couple of hours wait at peak times. Our stores are open for late nights on Thursdays to ensure we can see all brides comfortably and quickly.

Who can I bring with me?

We understand what a special time this is for our brides, so you’re more than welcome to bring along your loved ones to share the experience with you. Our stores have plenty of comfortable seating, so your bridal party can join in. Please note, we are unable to allow male entourage into the fitting area during busy periods, to respect the privacy of other brides.
